Basic preferences include a degree in hospitality management, an associated management degree with restaurant experience, or one-year previous full-service restaurant management experience. Based on performance, flexibility, and available positions, a promotion to General Manager could occur within 24 months.
As a manager, you will be responsible for total property accountability. You must develop management skills to the point that you can directly increase volume and profits in the store through excellent shift management.
